Are there any setup or hidden fees?
We have absolutely no setup or hidden fees with our service. Once you signup your price remains the same as long as you are a client!

How long does it take for my VPS to be provisioned?
Your VPS will be online with in 5 minutes after you make your payment! If you ordered a control panel, please allow up to 12 hours for it to be installed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We utilize PayPal which allows us to accept major Credit Cards, eChecks, and PayPal balance. If you are unable to pay via PayPal, please contact our Billing Department and they will assist you with an alternative payment.

Can I use an operating system not listed on the order form?
Yes you can! Feel free to contact sales staff before ordering and we will have our node ready to accept the operating system of your choice.

Are your servers unmanaged?
Yes our servers are unmanaged, however in the near future we plan to extend to managed servers as well.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
If you are interested in purchasing more than 10 VPS' please contact our Billing Department for bulk pricing details.
