Information Collected from Visitors

This information is used for analytics and to improve your overall experience while browsing Tailored VPS. This information is retained for at least 30 days in server logs and databases. This information will not be released to any third party and is kept confidential.
Information Collected from Clients
During registeration personal information is requested to build a client profile. This information includes: full name, address, phone number, email, and password. Passwords are hashed using MD5 and a salt in our database to prevent decryption. Our database that contains client information is secured and can only be accessed locally to prevent remote intrusion. We will not release your personal information to any third party except for local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies if an approved court order or warrant is provided.
Why Do We Collected This Information?
We collect this information, whether it be generic or personal, to help improve the overall experience and quailty of our services. Personal information is used to contact you for support and important announcements. This information is also used to do research on our target demographics and interests. This data is analysed, compiled, and only used by Tailored VPS. No information collected will be sold to third parties.
